AGM: RULE AMENDMENTS |
AGM Report: There are some construction rule changes which may affect your 2005 race car: 1] Maximum engine capacity for FWD Hot Rods is now increased from 2000cc to Unlimited. 2] Maximum engine capacity for RWD Productions is now increased from 1600cc to 1800cc. 3] All cars prepared for Juniors must be fitted with a steering wheel disc. This is a compulsory safety requirement for Juniors to prevent hand injuries. 4] Bangers and Stockrods with plastic bumpers must have the rear bumper removed. If your car fails to conform with these new rules you will not be permitted to race. Also: The Team meeting 'Tribal Terrorism 2005' will take place mid-season and will remain as Under 1800cc Borne Stockrods, teams of 4. Entry forms will be available at the Pre-season Drivers meeting. Looking ahead to 2006: FWD Productions will change to increase maximum engine capacity from 1300cc to 1400cc and allow the use of standard (not GTi) fuel injected engines. *Please note - FWD Productions remain unchanged as non-injected 1300cc maximum for 2005! |
And don't forget: Sunday 30th January 2005 - Pre-season Drivers Meeting at the Victoria Hotel Dorchester. Starts at 7.30pm. | |
