Tribal
Terrorism team stockrods dominated the day. 12 teams took part and
provided some very hard racing throughout the day. Although the ground
proved to be a bit soft to begin with, as the day progressed so did the
track conditions.
Contested
over 2 qualifying heats followed by the final, the Shaftesbury Sharks
managed hold the most cars together in the final to walk away with the
big prize. 11 Juniors again pushed
each other hard with the fiesta of Stevie Richards making the most of
the soft ground in the opening heats.
Sam
Richards led the way in FWD productions with Colin Abbott taking the FWD
hotrod trophy. Martin
Peters took the honours in the RWD hotrods with Nigel Raymond and Adi
doing likewise in RWD productions and specials.
The
meeting closed with an entertaining DD with the win finally awarded to
Derek Chubb.
